Today September, 20th 2012 is the 2nd round of Jakarta Gubernatorial Race. On the first round the couple party Jokowi-Ahok won with reach 42,76% vote, the runner up is from the couple Fauzi Bowo-Nachrowi Ramli who reached 33,99 vote. The ex-vice president of Indonesia Jussuf Kalla (JK) has decided to vote Jokowi-Ahok implicitly before attending the TPS (Tempat Pemungutan Suara / a polling place). The implicit meaning appears
when Jussuf Kalla answers the Kompas, the biggest newspaper in Indonesia, reporter's question dealing with isue of SARA (Suku, Agama, Ras / Tribe, Religion and Race), Jusuf Kalla says to the reporter "Karena itu kita pilih Jokowi" "because of that we vote for jokowi".
On the other hand, after polling, Jussuf Kalla explains that the election is held to unit the nation of Indonesia which has many various ethnic.
"Di Jakarta kan banyak orang cerdas. Pemilu kan sarana demokrasi untuk
memersatukan bangsa. Kita ini kan satu bangsa yang kuat,"
"There are so many diligent people in Jakarta. The election is a manner of democracy to unit the nation. We are a strength nation, aren't we?" he explains.
On this great time, Jusuf Kalla says thatit would be better if the consideration which is used to decide the winner is based on the track record of the candidates.
"Yang boleh berbeda itu kemampuan di pemerintah dan track record, itu boleh dinilai,"
"Things that can be different are the competency on the government and the track record, those can be judge" He closed the conversation.
